Fixed call surface: the role roster, endpoint constants and skill allow-list are fixed at build time and frozen with each plugin version. They cannot be configured.

Installer form: the installer shell only launches the host with the plugin, watches that it stays alive, and resumes from the recorded recovery point after an interruption. External dependency, 51token: it provides only the model gateway and account sign-in. The gateway, key issuance, metering, billing and top-ups all belong to 51token, not to this product.
